All UK and international orders are Shipped using special delivery with tracking provided. This may vary over bank/public holidays.
REFUND
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- A REFUND IS ONLY POSSIBLE IF PRODUCT WAS ORDERED IN ERROR; FURTHERMORE, WE CAN ONLY ISSUE A REFUND IF NOTIFIED WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE
RETURN
- RETURN IS POSSIBLE ONLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS A DEFECT. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GARMENTS ARE THOROUGHLY CHECKED BY HYO-ISAK BEFORE DISPATCHING
- IF PRODUCT HAS NO DEFECT UPON RETURN, A 5% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PURCHASED AMOUNT BEFORE REFUNDING
- RETURNS MUST FIRST BE AUTHORIZED BY HYO-ISAK. ONCE AUTHORIZED, PLEASE POST THE GOODS TO THE PROVIDED ADDRESS
